Becoming a part of Tau Beta Pi offers a wealth of opportunities — if you choose to seize it. Florida Epsilon will measure active status for current members with the following criteria.
Active members must satisfy one of the following options to be considered active at the end of the semester:
Help the chapter! Be an officer OR support the chapter’s projects or events without being an officer (e.g., be a tutor during study sessions, a research mentor, among others)
Build something! Participate in an Engineering Project (Product or Research oriented) for the entirety of the semester. Progress reports must be submitted monthly (3 total). Also, must attend:
2 Professional or Engineering events
1 Social/Community event
